GIFT WRAP: We don't gift wrap - Sometimes, we do wrap herbs in fancy paper, but we do not gift wrap. As always a gift box is recommended. For this ship, we just ship domestically. ETSY Handles all our overseas shipping.

We do not test on any animals. We have 2 adorable Apothecary Cats that help supervise. We also have vegan and vegetarian products. However, please look at all the ingredients before you purchase. They are all listed in the listing. We encourage questions, so feel free to ask if you have questions.

We do not have a brick and mortar shop at this time. Before Covid, we used to allow tours of the lab and our collections, however now, we have discontinued personal visits. Question: CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS? Answer: YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND US AN EMAIL AND ASK.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: If your package is returned to us, we will contact you and give you the option for a product refund or have another shipping invoice sent out so we can reship. The customer is responsible for the new shipping invoice. We do not refund the shipping. We ship to the address provided, so please make sure your address is correct.

Each product will have different care instructions. We feel most are pretty straight forward and are usually listed in the listing. If you have questions. Please Ask. Most products will have a shelf life of 1 year. Note: With these recipes and products being all natural and organic as well as historical- they are prone to change consistency in varying weather conditions. That does not take away from their potency or their quality- it just means that it's a natural product without any chemical additives. Our products may melt. We can't guarantee what consistency they will arrive in during the summer months. If this happens- put them in the fridge and give them a stir once cool.
